The renovation process shouldn’t be daunting. We're here to make the experience engaging and comfortable. Here's a brief overview of our renovation process.
INFO GATHERING
We will meet with you on-site to discuss project parameters - scope, aesthetic, budget, design goals, timeline, etc.
You will provide us with:
Photos of the space
Budget
Inspiration materials
Measurements of the space
Preferred contractors
THE PROPOSAL
We’ll prepare a proposal which outlines our design fees, estimated costs, project phases, and timelines. All contracted work will be identified and reviewed.
Once the proposal is approved, it's official.
CONCEPT + SOURCEBOOK
Now we begin gathering materials and sourcing finishes to bring your concept to life. When we're finished, you will receive a design package that includes:
Mood Board
Materials + Finishes + Color Story
Floor Plans
Installation Guide + Elevations
Sourcebook
IMPLEMENTATION + CONSTRUCTION
Once you receive your design Concept + Sourcebook, we’ll meet with you to discuss adjustments and revisions. We then incorporate your feedback and provide you with everything you need to place orders and manage your project.
We’re available to make site visits, to consult with contractors and ensure proper execution of the collective vision.
INSTALLATION + STYLING
This is the where the magic happens. For our remote clients, our Installation Guide + Elevations will ensure you and your contractors are well equipped to arrange and finalize your space.
However, we’re also available to provide eleventh-hour problem solving or support to manage a flawless install. No matter your location, when we’re finished, your space will be well styled with finishing touches and thoughtful details.
